Do you handle both PCB assembly and the custom enclosure?
Yes. Unlike board-only shops, Meco builds your printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) alongside your custom CNC-machined, die-cast, sheet-metal or injection-molded enclosure, then completes final box-build assembly and testing under one roof.
What quality certifications and IPC standards do you follow?
Meco's facilities are certified to IATF 16949:2016, enforcing APQP, PPAP, SPC and PFMEA controls across both electronic and mechanical production. Circuit board assemblies are built and inspected to IPC-A-610 standards.
How do you test assembled circuit boards and finished box builds?
Depending on your product, we run Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), X-ray inspection for hidden joints beneath chips, In-Circuit Testing (ICT) and custom Functional Testing (FCT) before packing.
Can you source components and manage the full BOM?
Yes. We offer full turnkey BOM sourcing, consigned assembly where you supply specific chips, or a hybrid model, with full part tracking on every shipment.
Can you scale from prototypes to high-volume orders?
Yes. We build from 10 test units up to 10 million+ units per year with no minimum order. When your enclosure needs die-casting, stamping or injection-molding tooling, we build the tooling and you keep 100% ownership.
