Custom CNC Machining, Made to Fit Your Design
We cut metal and plastic parts that match your plans exactly. From your very first part to a million parts, one team you can trust.
Precision CNC Machining, All Under One Roof
CNC machining uses computer-guided tools to cut metal or plastic parts straight from your design. Every part is cut to ±0.01 mm, so it comes out just right.
Meco does it all in one place: milling, turning, and 3, 4, and 5 axis work. Cutting, finishing, and putting parts together all happen here. That means fewer suppliers, faster parts, and lower cost for you.

Common Questions
How exact are your CNC parts?
We cut every part to ±0.01 mm. That's thinner than a hair. Then we check each one with a measuring machine that reads down to ±0.002 mm. For aerospace and medical parts, we can go even tighter.
What materials can you cut?
We cut all the common metals: aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, bronze, copper, and titanium. For plastics, we cut Nylon, Delrin, Teflon, PEEK, and acrylic. Not sure which fits your project? See our best materials guide.
How much does CNC machining cost?
It depends on the material, the shape, how exact it needs to be, and how many you want. As a rough guide: simple sample parts cost $30 to $150 each, harder parts cost $150 to $500 each, and big orders drop to $5 to $50 each.
Our free design review often cuts the cost by 15 to 30%. To learn more, read our CNC cost guide.
How fast can I get a quote and my parts?
You'll get a quote back in less than 24 hours, with free tips to make your part better. Sample parts ship in 1 to 2 weeks. Bigger orders depend on the project.
What design files do you take?
The best file types are STEP and IGES for 3D models, plus PDF or DWG drawings if you have exact sizes to point out. We also take SolidWorks, Creo, and Inventor files.
Can you do small orders and big orders?
Yes. We can make as few as 10 parts or as many as 10 million, all in the same factory with the same quality. There's no smallest order and no setup fee to start.
Where are your factories?
Our head office is in Canada, with engineering help in the U.S. Our factories are in Thailand and China. So you get a North American contact plus the power to make parts anywhere.
